The Sims Bustin’ Out features an all-new neighborhood with over a dozen new unlockable locations and a cast of over 40 new zany characters to socialize with. Players will be able to crash parties, create havoc, or just drive their neighbors crazy!
- Sims console players will be able to unlock and collect 80 new social moves like “Towel Snap” and “Moonwalk Dancing” that will add to the distinct character of a Sim. Players can unlock hundreds of new objects such as a Climbing Wall and a High Dive to test their skills outside the house.

The game begins at a time when Los Angeles is bubbling with excitement and anticipation. A new police chief arrives that very morning from the port of San Pedro. Closely following the plot of the summer blockbuster, The Mummy Returns is a 3D action/exploration title where the player can opt to fight for the forces of good or evil. Effectively two games in one, players can choose to control either movie hero Rick O’Conner or the returning villain Imhotep. Players take the role of Lei Yun, a supremely talented apprentice on a long and challenging mission against dark forces seeking control of the land. Hell-bent on bringing death and destruction to the nation, only Lei Yun stands in the way of a seemingly unstoppable army of evil.
Utilising the three magical swords handed to him by his fallen master, as well as weapons dropped by the demons he defeats, Lei Yun must battle his way through level upon level populated by all manner of demonic opponents. The three main swords give the player new abilities when equipped. Enemy sword types appear according to how opponents are dispatched and each weapon has its own unique properties and statistics.
The lock-on based fighting system is satisfying and simple enough to understand within a few seconds play, but deep enough to provide lasting appeal. When on the defensive, the player can dash, jump and roll away from the locked-on enemy’s attacks. When taking the offensive, the lock-on really comes into its own. By accruing enough ‘Sword Time’ through killing enemies in a conventional manner or alternatively, using magic found in destructable items around the levels, Lei Yun can unleash devastating combo attacks that can clear the area of enemies in a spectacular slow-motion aerial tornado of dashing, slashing, sword-swinging destruction.

Acting as a companion title to last year’s Suikoden IV, Suikoden Tactics is set before, during and after the events of that game. It stars a new hero, Kyril, as he initially flees from hideous creatures overrunning the Island Nations, before forming a band of heroes to help repel the invaders. Kyril must also learn about the mysterious Rune Cannons, weapons that, perhaps, could be used against the monstrous beasts.
- Kyril’s quest takes him across a breath-taking 3D world resplendent with varied and detailed environments. Dotted across this are over 50 characters, all of whom can be spoken to and, if appropriate, recruited to the cause. Each character enjoys a distinct personality, and Suikoden Tactic’s cast also features 20 characters new to the series. To succeed in his fight against the invaders, Kyril must unite his disparate group and combine their skills as they enter battles or search for items.
- True to the series’ heritage, combat plays a large part in Suikoden Tactics. Huge battles between Kyril’s party and masses of the creatures are commonplace, but the true challenge lies in using the surroundings to your advantage – using raised areas to give attacks more range, or attacking rivals in areas where they cannot escape.
- In all there are over 20 battle scenarios, and the player can constantly tailor the available equipment and upgrade weapons throughout the game. Similarly, a new visual strategic system allows players to keep an eye on the status of their troops via simplified icons, removing the need to summon menus during the heat of a battle.
